Who are Investigo?

Investigo Group is a collection of specialist talent management services made up of Investigo Recruiting, Investigo Consulting, Investigo Executive and Caraffi; starting life in 2003, the business hasn't stopped growing and has consistently achieved year on year growth since our inception. Today, there are over 240 of us operating in multiple locations across a variety of markets and have a customer base spanning from FTSE250 to start up/scales ups all over the UK, Europe and USA. This opportunity however is slightly different, you'll join the newest part of the Investigo family - our Regional Technology and Transformation team.

Whilst we may be newly formed, we are no start up! In our short time we have already acquired experienced regional leaders with deep roots in technology across the Midlands and North, all with backgrounds in recruitment and talent consultancy who we know will drive the growth of our business. Alongside this we are continuing to search for market leading talent experts who want to be at the forefront of something special and can add real value to our portfolio of customers; but not everyone has 5 years recruiting X and 10 years leading Y, we all started somewhere - this is why we are looking for a group of Junior Recruitment / Delivery Consultants who want to learn, develop themselves and become the next generation of talent experts within recruitment.

These roles will work within our software development and engineering division to support some of the region's most exciting businesses, you'll receive full training and support in the lifecycle of recruitment, the technology we specialise in and how to position yourself as a true specialist in the market to stand out from the crowd.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £30,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. market leading wealth creation/bonus scheme, holidays, pension, healthcare, and a variety of bespoke benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
