Knowledge Manager - ServiceNow - SKMS

A major government agency is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

Functional / Technical Skills

  • Must be suitably experienced with managing a Knowledge Management practice and Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS), and strong adhere to governance.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong listening and interpretation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good copywriting skills, challenging technical jargon and ensuring knowledge is written and presented suitably for the target audience. Able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical to harvest information and data requirements.
  • Good work and time management skills.
  • Preferably experienced with using ServiceNow, specifically as the SKMS.
