A global Consumer brand is recruiting for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their People team in London. The organisation is currently driving an exciting People transformation project with Learning defined as a key pillar in the ultimate success of this programme. Reporting into HR Director, this role will be responsible for driving learning interventions across a large and diverse European population. Partnering closely with the European SLTs and CoE's, this specialist will identify current gaps in learning and design a relevant blueprint that will ultimately improve performance and deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assessing current practices and resources in each country, ensuring that they are fit-for-purpose and aligned to the business objectives

• Partnering with key members of European senior leadership teams to identify capability challenges and provide relevant learning interventions

• Creating a compelling and bespoke learning curriculum in line with internal and external best practice

• Partnering with Learning Specialists and CoEs to drive performance outcomes and ensure that solutions are created to meet the needs of the transformation programme
• Utilising data to drive insights and decision making on learning priorities and future requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven business partnering experience in establishing L&D capability in a fast paced, matrixed environment ideally with a European/global remit. Strong knowledge of modern learning approaches; experience in blending and curating learning pathways using a variety of learning content. Be a credible communicator, with strong stakeholder skills. The ability to partner across all levels of the business, leading cross-function teams to drive engagement and change would be essential.
