The Client
After working with this client as a main supplier for several years, they have engaged me once again on an exclusive basis to help them to secure their new L&D Partner.
Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of an evidence based L&OD strategy.
Based in London, this role is available for an immediate start. The client would ideally like to have you onboard by the end of November at the latest.
The Role
- Working collaboratively with a range of colleagues across the organisation, you will need to identify L&D requirements to support the creation of an inclusive L&D strategy.
- Utilise the L&OD strategy to develop, design and deliver a range of L&D Programmes.
- Be seen as a Trusted Advisor /SME in all areas of learning and development, including trends, best practice and new iniatives.
- Lead the delivery of L&OD initiatives/programmes
- Manage the day to day relationships with external partners to ensure that learning offers are aligned to the organisations needs
- Support the design of an evaluation strategy to ensure that all learning and organisational interventions are continuously developed to a high standard
- Undertake regular learning needs analysis across the organisation to ensure that strengths and gaps are known
- Design, deliver and evaluate a range of tailored L&D programmes across the organisation to drive forward the L&OD strategy.
- Role model a culture of L&D through demonstrating professional behaviours
What you need to succeed?
- Prior experience/professional qualification in learning or development or organisational development
- CIPD qualification/or equivalent
- Successful track record in designing and delivering an array of L&D programmes
- Excellent relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Good project management and organisational skills
