L&D Partner (National)

Investigo is partnering a leading UK retailer in the recruitment for a L&D Business Partner to be based in their East Midlands Head Office but with regular travel.

As the Learning Partner, you will be accountable for developing and implementing the Colleague Development programme, incorporating Onboarding/Induction, Early Careers and Annual Development.

For this role, my client is looking for someone to review and develop the existing programme, embedding a culture of growth.

You will work closely with Senior Management team, HR Business Partners and wider HR function to develop Talent across the UK.

We are looking for a proven L&D professional with a depth of experience in colleague development, early careers and cultural change.

As a background, my client is looking for individuals from either Retail, Hospitality or Logistics.
Given the Regional accountability, you must be open regular travel.
