Business Analyst Manager required by a leading insurance business located in Essex. Positioned with the organisations change division the Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for both the line management of a team of BA's (Circa 6) and hands business analysis across the project portfolio. There will also be a strong focus on mentoring and career development of the individual team members.

Required experience

• Proven business analysis experience gained within a complex change / transformation function.
• Insurance industry knowledge (Ideally including Lloyd's or London Market).
• Previous experience of managing or leading a team of Business Analysts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to C-level.

• Line management of the Business Analyst Team.
• Responsible for personal development, mentoring and coaching of BA team members.
• Ownership of career maps and experience development.
• Conduct senior BA tasks on projects and programmes.
• Lead Business Analysis Workshops.
