Lead Developer - C#, JSON, Oracle, BI, Manager, Retail

An extremely unique and exciting opportunity has become available at a very well regarded Retail data analytics company, who are looking for an experienced Development lead to drive and build the technical team.

This role is going to be made up of around 80% hands on technical development and 20% as acting CTO - with senior management duties (you will report directly in to CEO ). You will be moulding the company and vital in the technology and approach they take moving forward.

This will suit a very hands on development manager or senior developer looking to take the next step in leadership. There is an initial team of 5 and you will be able to show you can build and grow this further with proven past experience

You will also need to have :

• Excellent and extensive software development experience (C#/.NET)
• Lengthy proven experience of leading and growing development teams
• Oracle Ms Sql Server Cloud based applications experience
• Past experience with UI/UX development and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics
• Ability to use JSON to a high level
• Solid Agile/Scrum development as well as Project Management experience
