Management Accountant

Investigo are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a Northampton based FTSE Listed organisation who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant, on a permanent basis.

The Management Accountant will work closely with the Financial Accountant to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the financial performance management, monitoring of the control environment of the business and for ensuring compliance with Group Accounting Policies and compliance with the Group Controls Framework.
This role will be commercially focused, supporting functional leads, operations and commercial senior management teams to control their costs and to find ways to improve efficiencies.
The Management Accountant will be responsible for the delivery and accuracy of the monthly management accounts, be an integral part of the annual planning and forecasting processes as well as ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.

The individual will be a qualified accountant with at least 2-3 years commercial experience, excellent analytical skills and an ability to understand and solve complex issues. The individual will be a good communicator, have excellent stakeholder management skills and be an effective influencer, comfortable working in a matrix environment.

Our Client is offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits.
