Managing Consultant - Leading Retailer

Investigo are engaged with a FTSE100 Retailer who are looking to add an Online Fulfilment & Range Consultant to their growing team in London. Flexibility will be needed as this role will require you to work with senior stakeholders based in their Hertfordshire campus.

The team leads the strategy, development and operational change of their range/fulfilment offer to their customers, how these are priced and delivery of saver-subscription models.

The role will require defining the operating model and roadmap within a cross-functional team of Business, Fulfilment and Product experts. You will identify business impacts and engaging stakeholders to help deliver the initiatives. Key focus areas for us are the growth and profitability of their delivery offer.

The key requirements for this role:

• Experience of leading and delivering cross-functional change projects within a major consultancy/in-house strategy team. Experience in a start-up / online-led organisation would be considered.
• Highly developed analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), including building business cases and financial models.
• SQL and advanced Excel experience highly desirable
• Business Planning - experience of setting stretching but realistic business objectives, fully informed by expected market developments and flexed around changing market conditions
• Track-record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
