Job description
Currently seeking a strong Office Assistant / PA for a really lovely company based in London. This role is varied, fast paced and offers lots of opportunity to progress. Office experience is desirable not essential.
Location: Euston / Kings Cross London
Hours: 09:00am - 05:30pm
Contract: Permanent role
Job Description:
- Organising events for the company
- Booking meeting rooms
- Printing, scanning and filing
- Travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels and taxi's
- Suppoting the Operations Manager and Project Manager
- Booking in interviews and issuing new starter contracts
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Proactive, reliable and professional
- Able to work independently and uses initiative / also good team player
- Hard working, professional and friendly
- Strong IT skills, Excel - would be desirable
- Problem solver
