Job description

Currently seeking a strong Office Assistant / PA for a really lovely company based in London. This role is varied, fast paced and offers lots of opportunity to progress. Office experience is desirable not essential.

Location: Euston / Kings Cross London

Hours: 09:00am - 05:30pm

Contract: Permanent role

Job Description:

  • Organising events for the company
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Printing, scanning and filing
  • Travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels and taxi's
  • Suppoting the Operations Manager and Project Manager
  • Booking in interviews and issuing new starter contracts

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Proactive, reliable and professional
  • Able to work independently and uses initiative / also good team player
  • Hard working, professional and friendly
  • Strong IT skills, Excel - would be desirable
  • Problem solver
