Operational Risk Analyst

Investigo are currently partnered with a high growth fin-tech who are growing out their risk capability in London and hire an Operational Risk Analyst.

The Operational Risk Analyst will be working directly with the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Operational Risk in setting group wide risk initiatives within the UK and abroad, helping set the enterprise risk framework and KRI's across the organisation.

Responsibilities of the Operational Risk Analyst

• Work with senior members of the risk team to develop KRI and risk reporting tools across the organisation
• Work with stakeholders across the business in helping to set and implement the enterprise risk framework
• Support with risk testing, operational risk resilience and scenario analysis
• Manage and monitor risk status, providing constant feedback and reports
• Evaluate and where relevant improve controls process across the organisation

Requirements of the Operational Risk Analyst

• A minimum of 2-3 years within Operational Risk within the financial services space
• Exposure to the payments of retail banking space is a bonus
• Proactive attitude, an individual who is keen to learn and develop in the role
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
