Operational Risk Manager, 70-80k, Insurance

Investigo are currently partnered with a market leading insurance group based in the City of London, who are seeking an Operational Risk Manager to join them as part of a wider team expansion.

This role sits in the central operational risk function, reporting into the Global Head of Risk who is based in the UK. You will be a key stakeholder in implementing the non-financial risk framework, developing risk reports, and ensuring a strong risk appetite across the UK entity.

Additional responsibilities will include managing and mentoring junior members of the team to ensure good coverage of work streams, partnering with several teams across the business on training and stakeholder management, in addition to facing off to the executive committee on group level risk initiatives where necessary.

The ideal applicant will come from the insurance space and have a strong background in risk management.
