Required experience
▪ Insurance underwriting domain knowledge
▪ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels. (You will be conducting work shops with stakeholders)
▪ Desire to learn and develop new skills sets
▪ An interest in process improvement / best practice.

This is a newly created team with a global London market Insurer. The position is hands on and will allow you to build your process change knowledge while being supported extensively with internal and external training.
