Order to Cash Associate (O2C) - OUTSIDE IR35

My client is seeking a team of OTD Specilalists to work in a project team for a period of 6 Months. You must be happy to get into the detail and weeds whilst carrying out the below duties -

• Management of an OTC Finance Operations function in a multi-currency environment
• Implementing, designing, adding controls and structure and managing the Order to Cash (OTC) function from initial customer set-up, through customer billing and credit control. Designing to deliver an efficient and seamless handover between these three functions, managing the risks associated with an AR ledger and engaging with the business to ensure continued service delivery
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term plans fully aligning with the operational business strategy
• Ensured all collection activity complies with current legislation/regulation, addressing areas of non-compliance
• Identified gaps and implement system and/or process changes to improve operational excellence
• Developed/reported regular metrics to track the efficiencies and timelines of processes
• Liaised closely with Finance teams and Commercial and Legal leads across all divisions
• Was responsible for leading by example and mentoring a small team of process analysts, providing support, guidance to ensure full ownership and accountability for all invoice processing, payments, customer queries and resolution.
