Job description

Investigo are recruiting a Pensions Administrator on a Part Time basis for a client based in Bedford.

In the position of Pensions Administrator Bedford you will support the Pensions/ Payroll Department to ensure that all data is uploaded to the CRM system and pension activity completed in line with company guidelines. You will as key link between relevant departments to include HR/ Finance and Operations and external third party payroll and pensions providers ensuring that correct information is collated and sent via the appropriate methods. Key duties to include:

  • communicate effectively with client/members via the telephone, letter and email.
  • Consistently provide a quality customer experience to clients/members.
  • Deal with simple queries and requests by the use of standard letters and reference to procedures.
  • Recognise and escalate potential problem and potential complaint cases.
  • Ensure complaints procedure is adhered to and that all complaints are immediately notified to Senior Administrator.
  • Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Assist the wider team in more complex / project work when required.

The Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have previous pensions administration experience or general finance/ payroll background

Good data input and IT knowledge and ability to learn new systems

Strong communicator as you will liaise with all internal/ external stake holders

The Salary

£24,000 to £28,000 basic (pro rata over 22.5 hours/ 3 days)
