Principal in Digital Transformation

We are currently partnered with a global telecommunications company who are looking for a Principal in Digital Transformation as they are building a new Digital Transformation team.

The digital team holds responsibility for enabling the organisation's journey to become a digital first business. You will play an integral part in delivering an engaging customer experience and transform the business into a real agile organisation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Digital Transformation of the company by driving their digital first programme alongside the OpCos and Group Strategy
• Defining the digital ambition and priorities while reassessing "what success looks like"
• This role will be devising strategy for the first few months and then executing this
• You will drive performance and enable best practise

What you need

• Substantial amount of experience in a top consultancy firm particularly working within the TMT sector
• Experience in industry in a technology/telecommunications company would be desirable
• Product and customer journey experience
• Strong experience in leading strategy projects
• Experience working in a cross functional role
• Experience in working with agile methodology. E.g - setting up cross functional teams such as; squads and tribes
• Master's in Business Administration would also be desirable but not a necessity
