Process Improvement Manager

Purpose of the role
* Continuously improve the O&I customer proposition by working across all O&I functions/CDIO organisations to produce an evolving prioritisation heatmap
* Provide an assurance function to process owners across all O&I areas to identify and action improvement plans
* Define optimal delivery model for all O&I processes


Accountability
* Identify opportunities for innovation and business change that continuously improve customer proposition
* Inform and drive proactive problem management through identification of practice/process that contributes to events/incidents

* Maintain a strong awareness of IT best practice and trends, driving quality and CSI through use of externally recognised frameworks and capabilities with functional process experts to design, implement and assure best practice processes across the O&I environment, including development and implementation of automation and autonomics capabilities
