Job description

Process Improvement Consultant required by a leading insurance organsation located in London (City). Positioned within the Continuous Improvement Function you will be responsible for leading and contributing to process improvement across a variety of operational business areas. This is a relatively new function fully backed at board level and will offer significant career opportunities moving forward. Candidates will need to have a proven track record of process improvement with experience of putting in place process matrix.

Required experience

  • Proven track record of process improvement having led multiple process improvement reviews.
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Lean Six Sigma qualifications would be highly beneficial
  • Experience of facilitating meetings and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
