Production Accountant

Company overview:

My client is a multi-national production company, part of a larger media conglomerate based in the US. Predominately producing content for TV networks, radio stations and online businesses. Their London office oversees the EMEA region and works with the other parts of the overarching brand.

Role:

In a newly created role in the growing Production Finance team, you will be responsible for the financial management across operations and productions. Both on a reporting, budgeting & business partnering basis.

Responsibilities:

• Management reporting against the production budget.
• Financial control & co-management of the budget for the production team.
• Provide forecasts & cost reports, on a regular basis.
• Business partner with Production Managers, on ensuring controls and compliance are correct and up-to date.

Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• Strong financial background in productions.
• Working knowledge of SAP and strong excel skills.
• Experience within management reporting, production accounts and managing a budget.
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrable experience working with non-financial stakeholders.

Whats on Offer?

An initial 6 month contract on a daily rate of £275-325 dependent on experience level.
