Extensive experience project managing the roll our of ATS/Resourcing systems is essential.

Investigo are pleased to be supporting an global organisation with their search for a Project Manager to work closely with their Transformation team as they implement a new ATS System. To be considered, you must have significant experience within Project Management, specifically implementing ATS systems.

Duties and responsibilities

• Project management through full project life cycle
• Manage project progress ensuring timelines are adhered to
• Managing risks and mitigate this where possible
• Gain an in depth understanding of the business requirements, specifically within their recruitment function
• Supporting a smooth transition to BAU
• Carry out impact assessments, ensure this is communicated effectively to any effected stakeholders
• Heavily involved in the setting up of new project teams and their continued governance
• Coordinating work streams and their interdependencies
• Clearly communicate project objectives to all relevant stakeholders
• Gain an understanding of the project governance requirements
