Project Manager HR

Project Manager - Integration Programme - HR workstream
My client, a leading professional services business based in London, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them to manage the HR element to a UK based Integration programme.
You will be supporting the consolidation workstream. This includes - ongoing redundancies, consultation on moving people across, office relocation, benefits consultations etc. Reporting directly into the HR Director with a dotted line into the HR Programme Lead
To be considered, you will have the following skills and experiences;

• Strong PM skills - being able to take a project from initiation to completion
• HR project experience - understanding of consultation, working with very senior stakeholders in HR and across the wider business
• The ability to push back as required and working in a pressurised environment
• Ideally you would have been a former HR business partner that has moved into Project Management. Strong appreciation of Change and a complex programmes
• M&A and Integration programme experience required

The Project started last week and we anticipate around 12/18 months worth of work
