Our innovative growing FS client are expanding their services to their clients, utilising it's services to help smaller FinTech organisations.

The business need a Project / Programme Manager to lead the client onboarding journey, manage client relations & ensure a positive client experience.

Payments experience isn't necessary but an undertaking of the financial services / a background in regulated business change would be beneficial.

The business are looking for candidates with the following experience:

• Payments within the Financial Services, FinTech OR E-commerce environment
• Agile projects
• Regulated but innovative environments
• Customer centric organisations
• Complex programmes
• Senior engagement with stakeholders
• Vendor management

The roles will involve:

• Project Management
• Client onboarding
• Vendor management
• Client journey optimisation
• Working with key stakeholders to understand scope & expectations
• Process improvement
