Programme Overview
Our client has undertaken a major transformation to move from a federated set of businesses to a new all-encompassing structure over the last five years. There are a number of programs and initiatives underway to ensure their infrastructure, data and systems can support this new structure.

Description/Comment:

  • Support program processes and procedures in partnership with the rest of the Project Management Office team
  • Support Program Managers in managing communications between workstreams, team members and SMEs
  • Package the monthly Status Report dashboard and prepare additional project status updates as required
  • Update and maintain budget including tracking expense forecasts and logging expenses
  • Develop and monitor project plan activities and schedules
  • Identify, track, report-on and resolve risks, issues, actions and decisions
  • Coordinate the assembly and contribute to the development of executive level presentations (google slides, google sheets, etc.)
  • Organize recurring and ad hoc meetings (preparing Invite notes, agendas, etc.)
  • Document meeting minutes and follow-up items; monitor and close out follow-up items.
  • Manage online document repository
  • Partner with project lead(s), business and functional partners and the Testing/QA workstream to support UAT Testing

Minimum Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience preferred. Held relevant role in the past.
  • Knowledge/experience of the publishing industry preferred
  • Project Management / coordination experience preferred
  • Experience documenting / communicating business requirements and developing process diagrams is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills are a plus
  • Strong partnering, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines

Minimum Education Requirement
Degree or equivalent
