Job description

Investigo are pleased to be partnering a growing business, going through an exciting new phase of their development. As part of this process, they are looking to recruit an experienced P2P Administrator to help and develop strong purchase ledger working practices.

Whilst initially on a 6 month contract basis, for the right individual and as part of their forward planning, there is a strong possibility the position will transition to a permanent role.

Key Duties:

  • Taking full responsibility and ownership of the Purchase to Supplier Payment process.
  • Saving and registering PDF invoices using company system
  • Matching against PO's and setting up new supplier accounts
  • Being an initial point of contact across the finance team and providing administrative support for the Finance Director.
  • Communicating with suppliers and colleagues, responding to queries efficiently
  • Liaising internally with Sales Ledger Clerk on contra accounts and produce debit notes for costs to be recharged
  • Playing an active role in the implementation of a new supplier invoice processing system

As this role will be a stand alone position, the ideal individual will need to be self motivated and able to prioritise key tasks. As previously stated, whilst initially only a 6 month contract, the company's intention is that the demand will warrant this role becoming permanent.
