Investigo are pleased to be supporting a market leading FTSE organisation with their search for a Programme Lead, spearheading their national Q2C project. Following a major system implementation of SAP S4/HANA, they are now in need of an experience Q2C Programme lead to design, develop and implement Q2C best practices.

Due to a number of strategic acquisitions, this organisation has experienced rapid growth, doubling in size over the last few years. Moreover, the organisation is now in need of a scalable, global Quote to Cash process which supports the organisations further growth plans.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support of the Q2C implementation and deployment strategy
• Support in the design and development of detail engagement plans. Ensuring all parties affected by the transformation benefit accordingly
• Assist with the development and preparation of test scripts
• Ensure sufficient prioritisation by implementing and managing the change mitigation activity
• Work in conjunction with the programme team, representing various business divisions to document process workflows and further responsibilities
• Working with the various program leads, ensuring all documentation required for continued training
• Support with the development of an integration model to deploy new systems and technology
• Support throughout the integration process, working closely with the Systems consultants
• Constantly deliver valuable feedback to the Steering Group/Change Agent Network
• Supporting various teams with the post integration strategy
• Mitigate risk and potential problems through best-practice and due diligence

What you will need to be considered

• 5+ years' experience of full Q2C implementation strategy within a large-scale programme
• Excellent stakeholder management, a strong leader with strong communication skills
• Extensive experience with Quote to Cash CRM process streams
