Investigo are working with a top tier Real Estate Consultancy with a number of global corporate clients who are seeking a Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Advisory department.

The Role

• Lead or support the review of a client's Real Estate Portfolio
• Analysis and modelling of ideas to support near to long-term plans
• Preparation of Business Cases
• Pitching of ideas to Client

The Person

• Experience of working in a strategic or analytical role
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client facing skills
• Ability to solve problems using sound data analysis
• Highly numerate
• Ability to read and understand cash flows, balance sheets and the application of IFRS
