Real Estate Financial Planner

Investigo are recruiting for a 12-month Corporate Financial Planner FTC working with a multinational Real Estate business based in central London, who are going through an exciting growth period.

The pro rata annual salary dictates £65,000- £85,000.

Role requirements

• In depth working knowledge in Commercial Real Estate portfolios, from a Finance, Data and Commercial perspective.
• Ability to engage and communicate, clearly and concisely, with a wide range of stakeholders across different seniorities and geographies
• Experience in working with large and complex data sets
• Collaborative working with key stakeholders to deliver outputs and outcomes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs
• Understanding of the principles of IFRS16
• Highly effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritising workload and meet deadlines
• Strong Data analytical skills (utilising financial, Microsoft and data management systems)
• Energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working and will have a positive approach to challenges, thinking creatively to solve problems
