My clients' organisation promotes and provides a very supportive environment, it's an open forum where talented people from all walks of life and backgrounds establish strong relationships. There is a real mix of nationalities and there is a real friendliness about the place, where people are there to support each other and offer mentorship as and when required. There is no dress code and therefore they have an informal policy, taking on some of the trends in this industry.

Senior people interact frequently with junior people and it is very much non-hierarchical, where participation and involvement from people at all levels is actively encouraged. As such, the opportunities to learn from others, without barriers, is frequent and promoted.

People progress in the organisation and opportunities exist for those who are ambitious and wish to prove themselves and develop their careers. Flexibility in the workplace is also on offer and as such staff can work at home every now and again.

The management team are open to ideas, if people are keen on making a difference. It has been described as a very good place to work where you can develop your career. As this role requires an element of travel, there is an opportunity for the ideal candidate to work on the field and as such they will be out and about seeing to different locations, driven very much by the business requirements.
