Recruitment Business Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading National business in the recruitment for a Resourcing Business Partner to be based in Northampton.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be accountable for managing volume operational and corporate recruitment across a national remit.

With one direct report, a Recruitment Advisor, you will be the lead on the recruitment strategy, devising processes and practices to meet volume resourcing demands.

This role acts a true Partner to the business, advising business Leaders and Managers on recruitment best practices, including selection and assessment.

Whilst owning the strategy, this role is a hands-on Recruiter and therefore you must enjoy recruiting.

Our client is looking for a proven In-House Recruiter who has both an operational background mixed with strategic vision.

Ideally your background must have included volume recruitment.

This role will partner with business leaders and therefore excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.
