As INVESTIGO continues to gain further market share and success we are seeking an outstanding Recruitment Consultant to join our established HR practice in Milton Keynes.

The Opportunity

As a commercially minded individual, you have a genuine interest in this market and understand the importance of building long-term business relationships. You have a true entrepreneurial spirit as well as a keen eye and inquisitive mind, being able to pick up on trends and skills within the industry. As an HR Recruitment Consultant at INVESTIGO, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing long term relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Proactive lead generation
  • Account management of existing clients
  • Candidate identification and attraction
  • Developing a strategy for growing your client portfolio

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ideally you'll have proven recruitment experience within HR/professional/business services recruitment, although this is not essential.
  • As a commercially minded individual, you have a genuine interest in delivery and understand the importance of building long-term business relationships.
  • You have a true entrepreneurial spirit as well as a strong work ethic and a passion for the business world. Most importantly you're a natural networker who shows an aptitude for business development and key account management.
  • We do not micro manage so it is critical that you have the business maturity and self-motivation to operate in a highly autonomous environment. You'll be comfortable providing honest advice and becoming a true expert in the professional HR recruitment space
