Recruitment Manager

£40,000 - £42,000 per annum + 6% bonus

Permanent

Full time

  • Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager that has experience of line managing a team?
  • Do you have experience of working within agency recruitment?
  • Do you want to be part of a growing organisation that gives you the autonomy to shape the position around your strengths?

If so, then I want to talk to you!

The opportunity

After helping to recruit several members of their HR team last year, I am delighted to be partnering this London-based University once again to source this brand new hire, this time in the subsidiary arm of the business.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a growing business that are looking to expand their client base.

The current function is going through significant change and is being spun-out as an external recruitment agency. The newly formed organisation will offer temporary and permanent employment to both the University and now externally into new businesses.

Reporting into the General Manager, the Recruitment Manager will offer support and guidance to the team and key stakeholders, having responsibility for the day to day business activities. They will ensure that business process is followed including adherence to employment legislation.

The post holder will implement business process efficiencies to create an inclusive recruitment experience for staff and students maintaining an excellent level of customer service at all times.

This role will be remote initially but then there will be an expectation for the Recruitment Manager to do 2-3 days on site in the London office with the other days home-based.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of in-house recruitment operations
  • Knowledge of recruitment industry regulatory environment and employment and equality legislation
  • Knowledge of the creative industries and creative education at all levels (desirable)
  • Knowledge of equality and diversity aspects of recruitment operations
  • Experience of line management
  • Experience of the 360 recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience of using a CRM database
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
