A leading Global Fintech is recruiting for a highly ambitious Recruitment Manager to lead their Global Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, this role will be responsible for owning the total recruitment strategy across Commercial and Corporate functions and managing a newly created recruitment team. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify talent opportunities and build and implement the overall global Talent Acquisition strategy from scratch.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Owning and executing the overall recruitment strategy for the global recruitment function
• Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to the recruitment team
• Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
• Ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of the entire recruitment life cycle for all global Corporate/Technology hires
• Partnering with key stakeholders and the Global Head of Talent to define a compelling employer brand to attract the best and most diverse talent in highly competitive markets
• Driving an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment cycle
• Compiling and analyzing data and metrics to support business decisions and plans
• Managing the recruitment budget
• Establishing the PSL and managing agency relationships

The ideal candidate will have clear and demonstrable recruitment experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial environment, ideally within a similar sector (Technology/Fintech/Consumer). Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business with excellent customer service and management skills is essential. You will need to be results driven and a commercial thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to project manage, multi-task and deliver in an ambiguous environment is key.
