Recruitment Partner (12 Month Interim)

We are pleased to be partnering with a Global business in recruiting a Corporate Functions Recruitment Business Partner to be based in Cambridgeshire for a 12 month contract.

Please note that whilst initially you will be based from home, this role will require regular travel to Cambridge when the business returns to the office. Therefore your home location must be within a commutable distance.

The role will be accountable for managing vacancies across a number of Head Office disciplines, with a notable focus on Finance, Marketing and Legal.

We are looking for a proven Recruiter with a background in either In-House or Agency recruitment but you must have focused on Head Office hires.

A true Partner, you will partner with your assigned client groups, driving the recruitment strategy to meet commercial demands.

If your background is In-House, you must be able to demonstrate 360 degree recruitment, from sourcing and attraction through to talent/succession management.

If you are looking to make a move from Agency recruitment, you must have recruited for Head Office disciplines and have partnered with Global Corporate clients on a regular basis, building relationships with Senior Level client groups.

This is a 12 month contract to start early February and therefore you must be available on short notice.
