Regional HR Business Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading UK Hospitality business in the recruitment for a Regional HR Business Partner/Manager based in the Northern Home Counties.

This is a true Generalist HRBP role, covering a multi-site region and partnering the business in all areas of HR, including:

• Talent Management
• Employee Relations
• Recruitment
• Change Management
• Employee Annual cycle

We are looking for a proven HR Generalist who is looking to join a fast paced and dynamic Hospitality organisation.

Our client has set criteria for this role and therefore to be successful, you must have the following:

• Sector Experience - Hospitality, Retail or Logistics
• Multi-site - Must have worked on a Regional basis (4 days per week on the road)
• Generalist - Need to have worked within a full Generalist HR Capacity
• Stakeholder Management - Partnered Senior Operations Leaders
