Regional HR Business Partner (Southern Region)

Investigo is pleased to partnering a growing Retailer in the recruitment for a Regional HR Business Partner to cover the Southern region.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be home based and deliver the HR Agenda across the Southern region which covers the Midlands to South Coast (incorporating London, SE and SW).

This Retailer is going on a significant period pf growth in the current climate, gaining market share and changing the customer experience.

We are looking for a proven HRBP who must have worked within Multi-Site roles, in particular Retail or Hospitality.

The role is focused on delivering the HR Agenda to meet growth, partnering with the Regional SLT to drive business performance through its people.

This is not a typical HRBP role within the Retail Sector and will be focused on Employee Experience and Talent.

We are looking for proven HR Generalists from the Retail Sector who are able to work at pace, challenge the "Norm" and work commercially.

Given the large Geography covered, you must be from a Regionally focussed background and be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays.

This is a permanent role and our client is only considering those with a CV which shows continuity of service with previous employers. Unfortunately those with a background in Interim assignments will not be considered.
