Our client, a leading financial services firm based in the city is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant with a proven track record of implementing Sage HR.
The candidate will have strong SAGE experience. Job objectives and responsibilities:

• Work with management and department heads to determine requirements and define and document the scope of the project
• Understand the company's current systems, working practices and the nature of the business
• Help with change-management activities where required
• Work with our external developer to design and configure the SAGE software suite; developing, testing and implementing agreed solutions
• Troubleshoot and improve the existing core functionality of the system
• Manage data migration and integration with other systems
• Ensure that the finished system satisfies the reporting requirements of the end users and management
• Organise and deliver training to end users
• Prepare user manuals and documentation that describe the system step-by step processes including screen shots where required;
• Support users during go-live period and ensure an effective handover
• Work closely with the developer and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Create and update project plans and implementation logs, and ensure timely delivery of the project
