Our leading financial services client are looking to add permanent resource within their analysis function as they look to understand current CRM needs and utilise the salesforce product they use.

As such they are looking for a strategic business analyst to work with both business stakeholders & product owners to devise business strategy around Salesforce. A lot of the technical work around build / deployment will be handled by their nearshore teams, it will therefore be key to be able to communicate technical requirements to build teams.

The business are looking for someone from the following background:

  • Financial services
  • Agile
  • Salesforce (advising on it or planning for business deployment)
  • Business analysis (5 years)

The role will involve:

  • Strategic business analysis
  • Business strategy / advisory work around salesforce
  • Managing key stakeholders
  • Working closely with Product owners to help in the build / deployment of new products
  • Process mapping & improvement
  • Mapping end to end user journeys
  • Delivering in Agile

This is a key role that is very strategic in its nature. It requires a strong articulate individual to work with business stakeholders, understand their needs to the work with the relevant product owner in the creation & launch of new capabilities within the CRM system. This is to ensure they are getting the most out of the product. The role will offer high level exposure internally & be working with a highly collaborative team.
