Salesforce PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Managing the delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud across EMEA
• Do the initial process mapping and user story capture in order to help inform the solution design
• Documenting the Charter, finalising business case
• Planning & Managing the delivery with the Product Owner

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have recent Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience of implementing Salesforce Service Cloud is preferable
• The ability to lead a global implementation and willingness to travel for work
• Hands on experience in process mapping and gap analysis
• Excellent stakeholder manager and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
