Job description
SAP Change Manager - OCM - London - 9 Months
My client based in Central London are searching for an SAP Change Manager for a 9 month initial contract starting in the in the 2/3 weeks time.
This role will be working on an SAP implementation across 9 locations globally across Europe, LATAM, North America and APAC. The client are looking for someone with successful experience of leading OCM on multi-national SAP implementations
You must have end to end SAP implementation experience.

Main Accountabilities
- Lead and drive the organisational change management activities for the programme
- Build on what has already done in the OCM area, and provide a structured approach, working with the programme team
- Responsibility for all change management, communications, change impact assessments and training approaches and adoption activities for the programme; in particular:
- Developing a detailed change management and comms plan (including key messages based on programme benefits), and executing the plan
- Leading detailed change impact and change readiness assessments, and using the outputs to drive the next set of engagement activities (e.g. training, communications activities)
- Leading capability building and readiness for the 9 sites
- Coordinating training activities across sites
- Track adoption using metrics developed and 'course-correct' as needed to ensure effective adoption
- Drive engagement, advocacy, knowledge and adoption of SAP in a structured approach across functions and locations
- Work as a core member of the programme team, developing and maintaining strong relationships at the programme (and business level)
- Provide structured monitoring of activities and updates at a programme, and wider business level on the progress of ongoing change management activities within the programme
- Support day to day change management by working in a collaborative way with other areas involved in change management within the business
