SAP Cutover Manager - Supply Chain / Order to Cash

SAP Cutover Manager - Supply Chain - Surrey - 12 Months.

My client based in Surrey are looking for an SAP Cutover Manager to focus on business and technical cutover for Supply Chain/Order to Cash on a 12 month initial contract.

The role is starting in the next 4/5 weeks and will require 50% travel to the Netherlands. British or EU passport holders only.

The implementation is cutting across many business processes. The purpose of the role is to understand SAP and integration with non-SAP systems and be able to manage business cutover activities in conjunction with technical cutover activities (primary responsibility for technical cutover lies with the SI partner) in order to deliver a smooth cutover from current state to the new system (S/4 HANA) with minimal business disruption.

Core Tasks, Responsibilities and Authority:

• Develop and own the Supply Chain / Order-to-Cash minute-by-minute cutover plan covering all business activities required to support the move into production
• Work with the EMEA Cutover Lead to ensure completeness of the overall Supply Chain / Order-to-Cash Cutover Plan for business and technical cutover, communicating the cutover approach to stakeholders and gain acceptance across the business
• Work with the EMEA Cutover Lead in testing and refining the cutover plan through dry runs and dress rehearsals
• Work with the EMEA Cutover Lead in managing production cutover for business cutover activities in conjunction with the technical cutover team
• Build strong relationships with all internal and external partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the programme
• Prepare for and manage the hypercare period, including triaging and prioritising defects, planning deployment of fixes, co-ordinating incidents etc
