SAP Data Analyst (FTC)

Investigo have been retained to search and recruit for 2 SAP Data Analyst on a 12 month Fixer term contract to be based in London

Our client is currently undergoing a HR Transformation over the next 2.5 years and these positions are to support the Data team in preparation for the transformation.

The Data team is responsible for the end to end data journey from creation to analytics for each SAP Success Factors module and own the definition and requirements for Position Management in Employee Central. This includes the data required to run the ERP and associated tools (e.g. Master & Reference Data, mappings, ERP configuration specific data), and all reporting related data.

Experience & skills needed:

• Ensure all data requirements are identified, acquired, profiled, analysed, cleansed and prepared ready and fit-for-purpose for data migration into the new ERP
• Designing data and process controls, to ensure best practice is applied and a sustainable framework is in place to deliver high data quality in the new HR systems and processes
• Design and implementation of performance monitoring in the target ERP Platform, with appropriate SLA's, KPI's and tracking of the operational performance.
• Data lifecycle management
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load Process)
• Good knowledge Reporting and analytics
• understanding of Risk management
• Good Prioritisation skills
• Benefit management
• Agile deployment skills
