Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced SAP Product Owner to join our customer on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the global processes and system(s) within Reporting Analytics
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups
  • Consult and inform key senior stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and product vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience.
  • Responsible for working with the Analytics COE to build an understanding of current business objectives, become fluent in Product and business KPIs. Contribute/initiate ideas on which metrics to build to improve the product
  • Accountable for ensuring that all delivery is in line with legislative requirements e.g. GDPR, as well as the customers Security and Safety Policies
  • Accountable for reinforcing the use of standard processes and configuration to reduce complexity, improve the UX, ensure adoption and engagement and enable efficiency not only within the business but within our teams.
  • Accountable for the quality of configuration, maintenance and operation of the system(s) undertaken by the Solution Administrator
  • Accountable for providing in-life operational support including administration and configuration changes as required
  • Accountable for managing SaaS Updates and change requests including:
  • Responsible for providing in-life support for colleague issues ensuring relevant KPI's are in place and continuous improvements to colleague experience is a key focus

Experience:

  • Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organisation including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes
  • Deep understanding of HR data and data structures, as well as an appreciation of the importance of data protection & security within the HR system landscape
  • An awareness of different types of reporting methodologies and products and their appropriate usage - from operational reporting through to business analytics and data warehousing

Technical experience/skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of an Analytics SaaS solution, ideally SAP Workforce Analytics
  • Experience in requirements gathering and driving true SaaS adoption
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools and languages
