SAP PS Consultant - Project Systems

I am working with a UK based client who are looking for an SAP PS Consultant to join them on a 6 month initial contract, starting by 29/08/2022 at the latest.

£575 - £600 per day - Outside IR35. Must hold a British/EU passport or have Indefinite Leave to Remain status. This role is working fully remotely. The contract will initially be until 16/12/2022 but will extend into 2023.

Below are some of the activities involved in this area:

• Identify Projects still in use with the business and analyse how they are using Projects
• Review PS configuration to assess fit for receiving company and advise any changes
• Review PS Master Data requirements
• Review requirements for staff who are using timesheets
• Review existing PS batch jobs
• Investigate cross company timesheet bookings if used
• Obtain completed Project Upload template for new projects (working with the business)
• Review and adjust red book entries for Projects and timesheets (e.g. Z activity type)
• Create Work Centres for new cost/profit centres
• Upload Projects from template, check and release
• Provide a list of all open / locked WBS elements for reference
• Create and upload timesheet defaults (PA0315) for Timesheet users & assist with SoC (Security) for go live date
• Ensure ALL timesheets completed for business unit moving (time / date dependant)
• Business to transfer any opening balances to new projects
• Assist business with the upload of any forecast to new projects
• Closure of old Projects / WBS elements on Businesses request
• Update PS batch jobs prior to go-live
