SAP S/4HANA Change Manager

Investigo have been retained to search and recruit a SAP S/4HANA Change manager to support a customer on a large scale Finance transformation programme. Our client is looking to hire by may and will offer a 12 month contract outside IR35.

Responsibilities:

• This program will enable new ways of working for Finance across all business entities, especially Central Finance, while also enabling replacement of several on-premise legacy systems.
• The objective of the finance transformation project (FTP) is to optimise and transform our finance business processes and promote a positive culture and experience for client's colleagues. Finance Transformation is a people, process and data transformation, with technology as an enabler. Changes to the target operating model are likely to result from the programme but are not a primary objective. Strong Business Change experience is vital.
• The focus of FTP will be on people and process for change enablement, using SAP as the technology platform. SAP standard ('out of the box') business process will be the foundation of the finance transformation

• embedding business and technical change
• implementation strategy including opportunities to achieve business benefits as early as possible
• managing any unique or unusual challenges you foresee for this programme
