Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our customer on an initial 12 month contract.

The role:

  • Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements. This work will be done in conjunction with internal Subject Matter Experts as well as a selected implementation partner.
  • Preparation for workshops with SMEs ensuring that inputs and outputs are appropriately documented and sufficiently clear to allow smooth transition into configuration and testing activities
  • Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Performance, Time Management, Workforce Planning and Analytics modules.
  • Assist in the implementation planning, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors (including any best practice around COE design).
  • In collaboration with 3rd party implementation partners ensure a tight integration is designed and delivered between SAP S4/HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure that key integrations are designed and prioritised, showing pragmatism where required, to allow critical programme milestones to be me.

Experience:

  • The candidate will have experience of working on large-scale international business change programmes preferably with experience of working on programmes that involve the introduction of new technology.
  • The candidate will have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors ideally with functional expertise in several HCM areas including certification in a number of key modules below:
    • SuccessFactors Recruiting RCM
    • SuccessFactors Recruiting ONB
    • SuccessFactors Employee Central EC particularly in Core HR
    • SuccessFactors Learning Management System LMS
    • SuccessFactors Talent Management Performance Goals, Succession Planning Career DevelopmentoSuccessFactors Compensation
    • SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics WF
  • Minimum of 3 end to end SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on design and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific workstreams notably Data Conversion, Integration and Testing.
  • Integration experience of SuccessFactors using SAP Cloud Integration Platform is a plus.
