ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Scientist/Sr. Scientist will assist with the purification of the organization's nucleic drug substance (primarily mRNA) in a pre-clinical and GMP environment. This person will also contribute to many aspects of nucleic acid science and work cross-functionally.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD/MS/or BS degree
• Experience with nucleic acid separation
• mRNA experience is strongly preferred
• Strong experience with liquid chromatography method development is a necessity; Experience with separations on both HPLC and AKTA (or similar) preferred
• Experience with nucleic acid/LNP impurity groups preferred
