Investigo have partnered with a well-known brand based in the East Midlands who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their new technology and change function. Working closely with the Director of Transformation you will be a key part of the change team that is helping to drive through exciting transformational change across the organisation. One of the exciting aspects of this opportunity is that you will not only be working for an already hugely successful and established brand but one that is now looking to be a disrupter through the development of its digital proposition. This means the change portfolio is broad, varied and the pace of change is quick.

You will be someone who has the desire to get stuck in with energy and enthusiasm. You will have a naturally inquisitive mind foreseeing and identifying potential issues and articulating opportunities which will provide business benefit. You will be adept at drawing out detail and challenging what you have heard. Key to success will be your ability to translate what you have heard into clear recommendations for action that will ultimately enable the organisation to deliver successful and impactful change.

Your experience will be broad, working as a BA on multiple business and technology projects, this is not a BA embedded in technology teams or squads, but you will have remits across the product and digital teams, therefore having the proven ability of working on BA remits with digital, development, architecture and UX is key.

This is a truly omni-channel business so operating as a Business Analyst in this environment would be advantageous. The change team are the central point of change for the business therefore you need to be customer centric, enjoy working with a wide variety of stakeholders and have demonstrable influencing skills showing the ability to take people on the journey of change. This organisation have offices in Nottingham & London but are happy for this role to be remote with travel to Nottingham and London as necessary.

In return you will receive a salary up to £55,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. holidays, great pension, full health, dental and a variety of other benefits.
