Senior Business Analyst - Leading Insurance firm

My client is a leading insurance company who are currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to join their digital client solutions team.

You will lead the business analysis team on a large programme of work to assist with the build of a brand new technology platform which will include multiple system implementations across policy administration, claims management, billing and finance systems. As well as covering system requirements, you will also be involved with operational transformation, target operating model design and business process mapping.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent analytical and communication skills with experience around traditional business analysis techniques and strong stakeholder management skills. You will also need experience of working in both agile and waterfall environments.

Skills/experience:

• Previous business analysis experience at a programme level (essential).
• Experience of working on system implementations (policy administration systems or claims management systems highly desirable).
• Experience of working in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on TOM/operational transformation projects (desirable).
• Financial services experience essential (Insurance preferred).

Up to £75,000 plus bonus + benefits package

Location - Remote working with occasional travel to London/Surrey
