Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner

Working across commercial operations and IT, our client, a fast track, entrepreneurial business with exceptional brand and an international presence is seeking to recruit a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner for a high profile role within finance. The role will act as a business partner to support key areas of operations and IT to ensure actions and financial decisions make commercial sense to help drive long term value.

The role requires strong analysis and commercial acumen to develop and implement strategies that drive the business forward and deliver profitability. You will act as a true partner to the commercial/ operational teams to support their strategies but also to get your ideas and strategies implemented and delivered.
Responsibilities will Include:-

• Using predictive analytics and financial modelling and commercial acumen to drive pricing improvements and ultimately revenue improvements across the organisation
• Ongoing review all commercial aspects of the business and then devising strategies to improve performance through analysis, reporting and business partnering.
• Commercial planning for the group including budgets, forecasting, strategic plans as a way to keep the business focused on what drives performance and where change is required
• Designing management information and reporting to ensure we have "information for action" across the business from site teams all the way up to board reporting.
• Leading various cross departmental projects and business partnering with all departments to deliver commercial improvements and strategies.

The business require individuals with a strong commercial acumen for solving problems and creating solutions. You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with post qualified experience. You will have a proven track record of detailed analysis to drive business actions and be comfortable in leading decisions and influencing stakeholders in future business strategies.
