Senior Delivery Manager - Payments

Our client is a leading global product development, digital platform engineering, and digital and product design agency across multiple industries including Financial Services. They are currently looking for a Senior Delivery Manager with specific payments experience.

Responsibilities:

• Over project full cycle delivery which includes managing client expectations/relationship, ensuring project is on track, on time and with budget
• Running multiple delivery streams and clients
• Working with design and technical teams across different locations to find innovation solutions to businesses which enhance the user experience.
• Able to identify and investigate complex issues surrounding production delivery and find solutions which ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of managing and delivering a project from end-to-end within financial services
• A good understanding of Jira, experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external vendors.
• Experience with working with nearshore teams and distributed teams on the client side
• Proven experience working consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management within banking and payments.
• Must have exceptional organisation and leadership skills.
